What this website collects
This website has no forms, does not ask for personal data and does not use cookies. We only count visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify people.
Data you send us by WhatsApp, Messenger or email
When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, area or address and photos of the appliance. We use them only to:
- Quote the inspection and repair.
- Schedule the visit.
- Handle the warranty on our work.
We do not sell or share your data with other companies for advertising.
Third-party services
Contact buttons open WhatsApp, Messenger or your email app. Those services have their own privacy policies. This website is hosted on Cloudflare.
How long we keep your data
We keep conversations and photos for as long as the service and its warranty last, and delete them when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by WhatsApp or email. In Costa Rica these rights are protected by Law 8968 on the Protection of Persons regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.
