Quotes
We quote on WhatsApp. The price depends on the area, the brand and the type of appliance, so we do not publish fixed prices. Spare part prices change often, so a quote is valid for a short period that we tell you when quoting.
Diagnosis
The inspection or diagnosis has a cost. We tell you the price on WhatsApp before the visit.
Repairs
We never repair anything without your approval. If a part is needed, we tell you which one and its price before replacing it.
Warranty
Our work comes with a 4-month warranty. If you have a problem, message us on WhatsApp.
Service areas
We provide in-home service in Costa Rica and in other countries. Please confirm your area on WhatsApp before scheduling.
Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel a visit, let us know on WhatsApp as early as possible.
